This stuff is so good. You should definitely try it. I’m actually surprised by how filling this is, because I’m a terrible cook and usually make a lot of dishes that are essentially just vegetables thrown into a pot and cooked with spices, just like this is, but they're never anywhere near this hearty. 

I’d love to try the other recipes too, but since I don’t eat meat, there’s not too many options there.

Thank you! Not inhaling spray paint and sanding dust for a few days helps, I hope. 

It’s not very sciency, but more journalistic-y. Because that’s clearly a word. I’m researching the effects of digitisation on business/government/bureaucracy/everything, and because I’m so used to having to fight old-school journalists about anything to do with digital content, I can get a bit… passionate about. And by “passionate” I mean “stark raving mad”.
