and i get tired at 1-2 am and 3 pm
i don't like sleeping because i had a nightmare recently and it was bad
and last night was my recurring dream and it was weirder than usual
so no sleep thank you peoples but no thanks <3
naps are good at least!!!
and yeah :(( i am weirdly not bothered by nightmares for whatever reason so i cant really relate but yeah im sorry :(( still though sleeping is really important and a lot of the time there aren’t nightmares!!
fun fact: most dreams are only about a few seconds long, so lots of your time asleep is actually spent in other ways without your dreams
also, sleep is how your brain processes memories, both long term and short term, traumatic and not-traumatic (word?). so if you sleep, it’ll help you remember information better as well as process the hard-to-think-about memories you might have. also it’s really good for your body which usually helps mental state too!!!! and who wants to be tired all the time anyways right??
