In light of Engeki Haikyuu (and all other stage shows) having to cancel their tours during this pandemic, Kouhei (1st Tanaka) kicked off a hashtag on Twitter to get all members of Gekidan Haikyuu (the Haikyuu cast present and former) to chime in. Many are quoting their characters’ lines and adjusting them to fit the pandemic situation as well as giving other words of support to each other and to fans.

Justin is quoting Asahi’s line from the practice match that convinces him to rejoin the team. Only instead of a “last ball” that he’s entrusted with, it’s an important stay-at-home order, and even if it’s stressful, he’ll keep at it.
