I'm getting better at drawing chubby characters! Look at that belly~
As cute as she is, I've always felt Abby wasn't draconic enough. She looked more like a cat than a dragon. I'm not a fan of long snouts, at least when I try to draw them, so I'm still giving her a little snoot. I changed her ears to a sharper look, so they look less cat-like. I think what really sells this new design at the spikes I added. THOSE make her look way more reptilian!
Her character isn't going to change much, she's still second-in-command for Team Nova. She'll always be the team smartie. Researcher, tech expert, whatever you need to know for the mission. Now that I've added more aqua colors into her actual design (instead of just her dress) I feel like giving her some ice powers alongside fire powers. Abby has both brains and brawn, so some extra powers would be great for her arsenal. Alright, that leaves Joe as the last Team Nova member to redesign! He shouldn't be too tough. Crazy as he is, he's just a dude.
