abigailroseking replied to your post:I went to a nutritionist and was told that I wasn't losing fat because I wasn't eating enough. I started eating more and now I'm even fatter. What is my life.
True, but I don’t remember the last time I ate unhealthy food. I wasn’t getting enough carbs though, she said eat more grains so I got ezekial bread. I do half marathons and duathalons, I also strength train 3x per week. But still, there’s fat.
I do strength training too! The thing is when you up your calories, at first your body gets a lil confused and shocked cause it's used to eating a set number of calories or less. So you're going to gain some weight--which is totally fine. Since you're doing strength training, I can assure you that you're not just gaining fat. You can't gain muscles without gaining some fat.
Don't worry, love, your body is going to adjust and your metabolism will speed up! Keep working hard, you'll be fine. :)
