Does Tumblr Have ANY Power?

Time and time again I've heard of Tumblr's mythical ability to change lives and make dreams come true. I'm going to be straight with you, I never really believed that was possible. I don't think think that it can, but I'm a reasonable guy, so I'm going to give it a chance. Let's see if Tumblr can make my dreams come true. I've been on YouTube some time now as a gaming channel, but have never gained any popularity whatsoever. I currently have 9 subscribers, 28 videos, have been around for over a year and I have less than 2,000 total views between all my videos. A few months after I started, I stopped making videos since nobody cared about them or watched them, but just 5 days ago I started again and I've been uploading 2-4 videos every day and plan to continue uploading daily, no matter what happens. I've always wanted to gain at least a little recognition on YouTube as a gamer, but I doubt that will happen. And it won't happen UNLESS Tumblr really DOES have the power to change people's lives. So let's see if Tumblr has any power at all. Here's the link to my channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/ElderGrannyGames/ Your challenge is to get me at least 50,000 subscribers. If I don't have at least 10% of that (5,000) by the end of the year, we will ALL know that Tumblr has NO power, and that it can't change lives. I really want to believe Tumblr has that ability, but I just can't unless it's proven. So prove it. Let's see if Tumblr has the power.
