Yep, you’re sending them correctly! I’ve added olaf-speaks to the list under ‘Disney’ but I won’t be able to make the tag work until you post something ^^;;

I'm just trying out rp'ing and would love to be added to the masterlist and get some tips/pointers if you don't mind?

We’re glad you’re interested in trying out rping and of course we’ll add you to our masterlist! :D

I’m not sure what you need tips about so I’ll give u a few rly general ones here (sorry if you already know them!):

Start an rp by typing out a starting sentence like idk “*bumps into you* whoops!” and send it to someone either via ask or by making it into a post and tagging them. If you’re sending via ask and your rp blog isn’t your main, go on anon and sign the ask with your url like “~@olaf-speaks” so people know what character they’re responding to.

If you’re answering an ask that is an rp starter from another person, look at the character they signed it as and tag them in your answer to make sure they see it (cuz sometimes tumblr is dumb and it doesn’t tell you when someone’s answered your ask)

You can tag multiple people in the same starting sentence to get lots of rps going at once! Vry good if you’re especially bored and u don’t know who’s online. Don’t tag literally all of speaksworld though, cuz that’s a lot of people. I’d say maximum tag 20 people? That’s a good amount I think.

If you’re stumped on how to start an rp, look up masterposts of rp starters for ideas, there’s plenty on tumblr with a huge amount of topics from serious to silly!

Don’t be afraid to approach literally anyone in speaksworld to start an rp. Everyone is extremely lovely and would probably be happy to rp with you! (check their blog description first tho, there may be a couple of people who wanna stick to just characters in their own fandom ^^;;)

If you wanna say something out of character, use “//” or “((” before it to show it’s out of character. You can also tag the post with “ooc”

You can have multiple rp accounts so you can rp different characters! But don’t make too many bc you may start to neglect them and be inactive on a few of them. Most people have around 3. If you’re just starting out though, you may wanna get used to it before making more accounts.
