How to respond to the derailing "Morgan Freeman said"...

So, you probably have to put up with the famous CBS Morgan Freeman clip about Black History Month this month (or basically, anytime when racism is mentioned). It's problematic because it derails the argument and now you have to explain why Morgan Freeman's point have nothing to do with the points you're trying to make.

I have replied back to this before (with additional information to illustrate how ridiculous it sounds when you consider the 4 levels of racism). However, there's always another way to express the same information.

Elon James White compared Morgan Freeman's hard work and luck to his own luck with being hit by cars 4 different times in his life and his current success as a independent news analysis and social commentator in the video clip above.

This clip also features the Interview with Don Lemon... and you'll wonder why he STILL has a job after this.

Because of Tumblr's new video formatting, it won't allow me to post the shorter version of the video.
