My biggest pet peeve is when my parents don't let me have any privacy at all. Like is it honestly necessary to monitor ALL of my social media and ALL of my texts and calls and ALL of my life cause that's how it is at this point.

What is your favorite type of flower? :)

Sunflowers, and there's a story behind this.

My favorite artist of all time is Vincent Van Gogh. I've always loved his unique style and the bright colors of his later paintings. He suffered from bipolar disorder (and I think depression as well, but I am currently too lazy to pull up Google and check), which would be treatable now, but way back when, there wasn't much you could do for that.

While I am not actually mentally ill, I have had to deal with some emotional issues over the last two years, and art keeps me going. Van Gogh's art kept him going. When he painted those sunflowers, it was at a time of hope for him. Hope that things could get better and that he could be whole again.

So my icon is a sunflower that he painted, and that is my favorite flower. Because they're hopeful, and (this is really cheesy) the sun will come out tomorrow.
