Nera and Borbo
Featuring @tentacleteapot's character, Nera
I loved this scene from the Pathfinder session I ran last Thursday. We've been doing The Abomination Vaults and it seems this little soul bound puppet is going to go on a slightly different journey than the adventure path planned for. Poor little guy is going to get so much love and support.
Technically spoilers for Abomination Vaults, I guess.
The time my pathfinder rogue died and the gm had something very cool and ominous prepared for him
very fun bit from Abomination Vaults last night where Nera failed a perception check to listen at a door for signs of hostile dungeon monsters on the other side and immediately reacted with “ugh! Autumn, get over here” and then grabbed and held our leshy cleric up to the door, at which point Autumn got a natural 20 on the same check. I love when the dice rolls enhance the bits we’re doing
Drew @corruptedmuse's ranger Havel, Layla's colleague in @gobmonarch's Pathfinder 2e game as part of an art trade!
abomination vaults campaign is going great
People think ttrpgs are about epic quests for the fate of good and evil, but really they’re about realizing that you never planned for an undead party member which throws a wrench in all the healing feats you’ve invested in so mid battle you just have to frantically douse a pile of bones with oil and shake it like you’re dressing a salad so the bones will reconstitute into your party member and you hopefully won’t all die.
Playing a summoner is excellent fun, unless your GM starts throwing AoE Will save slow effects that inflict prone at you. Lilah is weeping on the floor, she can't move, there's circus music playing on the combat playlist.
