Last Song: currently listening to ICU by Citizen Soldier (at the time of starting this post). before that it was Gone Too Soon by Daughtry. at the time of finishing and posting this, i am currently listening to Lucky One by Simple Plan

Favorite Color: dark purple. always dark purple. dark purple my beloved <3

Currently Reading: nothing atm because i haven't had the chance to make another trip to the library, but the last book i read was The Meaning of Birds by Jaye Robin Brown! Very sad but very good. I've also recently read Stars, Hide Your Fires by Jessica Mary Best, The Many Half-Lived Lives of Sam Sylvester by Maya MacGregor, and I Wish You All The Best by Mason Deaver! I very much enjoyed all 4 of them, but I will say that The Many Half-Lived Lives of Sam Sylvester was definitely my favorite :)

Currently Watching: rewatching Star Trek: Discovery with my dad (and introducing my mom to it at the same time), watching Only Murders in the Building with my mom for the first time, and my dad and I just recently finished watching Star Trek: Lower Decks. plus my mom and I are always in a perpetual rewatch of Legends of Tomorrow and/or Arrow (though they've been on pause a little bit lately). now I'm just waiting for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon: The Book of Carol to come back in late September lmao, among other shows

Last Movie: uhhhh I'm honestly not entirely sure. I think it might've been either Heart of Stone or Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, but I could be wrong about that

Sweet, Spicy, or Savory: definitely savory. i do love salt lmao. i do still have a bit of a sweet tooth but nowhere near as much as i used to, and now it's mostly reserved for white chocolate and other vanilla-flavored things lmao

Relationship Status: i am so, so incredibly, painfully single and i do not see that changing anytime soon unfortunately

Current Obsessions: uhhh, i guess my usuals? Citizen Soldier, of course, Legends, The Walking Dead, Star Trek. those are like. the main ones, idk.

Tea or Coffee: neither. i can't stand to drink either of them, they both taste nasty to me ngl. just let me have apple juice and i'm set

Last Thing I Googled: uhhhh ngl i think it was 'savory definition' just to make sure my "i love salt" comment would make sense LMAO but before that it was the 4 books I've read recently to make sure I was getting the names of the authors correct

thanks so much for the tag @schrodingerspsycho !!! accidentally took me so long to get it to it, i was very Busy and then I was Sick :( but anyways I love tag games so i'm getting around to it now!!

Favorite Cold Drink: i really really love apple juice and blue raspberry flavored lemonade. but I also mostly stick to water now so.... that too, I guess.

Favorite Hot Drink: hot chocolate!!! tbh i think that's about the only hot drink I'll ever have.

Favorite Actor: mannnnnn I dont know. depends what were going by here. if we're going by "how many movies etc I enjoy from an actor" then like. idk? I really enjoy Adam Sandler, and The Rock. but if we go by basically anything else then it's Caity Lotz specifically because she plays Sara Lance and I love her so much. so like idk. take your pick 🤷‍♂️

Favorite Singer: hands down, Jake Segura. No question about it. He's the lead singer of Citizen Soldier, which is my number 1 favorite band ever, and Jake's voice is just so so so good. And I've met Jake before when I saw CS live in concert, and he's just so so so sweet and so nice and genuine. He can be really goofy and chaotic too when he wants to be and I love that. But anyway yeah, Jake Segura is 100% my favorite singer. And songwriter. Citizen Soldier is a band that's all about mental health and breaking the stigma and I really love that about them. And Jake is actually a licensed trauma therapist as well!! So the music really just Hits. I could literally yap about Jake and Citizen Soldier until the end of time but I will cut myself off now before I go on and on and on. (Aside from Jake though, my other favorite singer would probably be a very very close friend of mine, because they're amazing and they're my favorite person and I love them so much. They haven't released any of their stuff publicly yet but theyre planning on it and you can bet your ass I will be the first person to put them on my playlists. well. maybe second, only to their husband lmao)

Favorite Movie (atm): hmmmmm probably The Marvels??? I do love me some Captain Marvel so. yeah. probably that one. though I did finally get the chance to see Thunderbolts* and I did really enjoy that as well.

Favorite Song (atm): oh mannnnn that's a tough one. hmmmmmm. I really love Sit In Your Shadows by Citizen Soldier, as well as Better Than I Used To Be (also by Citizen Soldier). i'm gonna be honest, any favorite song I could ever have is probably gonna be by Citizen Soldier. they have a lot of really really good ones. You Are Enough, Burden, ICU all come to mind. Honestly I just really love Citizen Soldier. I genuinely have not heard a single song by them that I haven't loved, even if there were a few that took a bit of time to grow on me. aside from Citizen Soldier songs though, I really really love Sara, Nightlight and Lifeline by We Three. I've specifically been really into Darling by Halsey lately. uhhhhh HER by SkyDxddy (who i saw as an opener for CS at their concert I went to, and who i'm seeing in concert again in about a week!). oh also, the song that my friend wrote and recorded for their husband because they just got married, it's so good and i love it a lot. idk. I have a lot of favorite songs, its really really hard to choose just one.

Favorite Video Game (atm): uhhhh idk i've never really been a video game person honestly. but I guess if we're going by games i've actually played then uhhhhh Spyro maybe? or any TMNT video game tbh. as for games I haven't played, I have a feeling I'd really love the game Stray, I just haven't had the opportunity to play it yet lmao

Favorite Season: uhhhhh usually my answer would be summer cause that's the season I get to swim in, but its also really really hot so. temperature-wise i'd say spring and fall are my favorites. nothing beats a summer thunderstorm though.

Favorite Flower: i'm gonna be honest i am not someone that knows a lot about flowers at all so im really not sure? but my favorite color is purple so I guess my favorite flower would be any type of purple flower lol

Favorite Scent: oooooo I do really love petrichor/smell of rain. love the smell of burning wood/campfire as well. uhhhhh some others would probably be sandalwood, bourbon, and vanilla & amber, which are the 3 shampoo scents that my dad and I like to cycle through. so yeah. probably any of those.

Last song you sang out loud: lmao i am actually currently listening to music and singing rn (tho i do have it paused for a minute so I can do this lol), and i just finished singing Life Sentence by Citizen Soldier right before starting this lol

What is your favorite chip flavor: uhhh probably either lays/ruffles original, or pringles sour cream and onion. for the longest time ever i would Only eat pringles sour cream and onion for chips but i've grown a bit since then lmao

The last book I opened: just read a chapter of Magician: Master by Raymond E Feist earlier today!

Earbuds, headphones, or nothing? uhhh generally either earbuds or nothing, but that may also be because i don't really have like a Good pair of headphones lol

Last place I went to other than home: uhhh shit hmmm i think probably Wendy's? but that was uhhh a few days ago. like. Friday lmao. i (kind of unfortunately) don't get out of the house much. we usually do running around on the weekends n stuff but alas. not last weekend. i'm going bowling with a close friend and a couple other people on Saturday though woo!!

17. what is something you're really good at?

uhhh i'd like to think i'm really good at writing, despite not having written anything in months. i'd like to think i'm also pretty good at swimming. i know i'm definitely good at obsessing over fictional characters and their relationships LMAO

23. what is your longest friendship?

my longest and one of my absolute dearest friendships is my friend maya (who as far as i know doesn't have tumblr lmao), and they are someone i've known practically my entire life, whom i love so so much and so very dearly. we love watching catfish the tv show when we hang out. we love swimming together in the pool at the apartment complex we live in. i am in their wedding party and they will without a doubt be in mine if I ever get married. they were the first person i thought of to invite with me to my cousin's wedding later this year. we're going to a concert together in july to see my favorite band ever and we've been so stoked about it for months- we're going all out. they've been the person who's stayed the longest in my life (aside from like. my parents lmao), and it's truly so difficult- damn near impossible, really- to imagine my life without them. i could probably go on further, but i think my answer to this one has gotten long enough so i'm gonna cut it there and go on to the last question lol 😂

25. do you/have you played any sports?

haha omg i am Wayyyy too clumsy/uncoordinated/athletically-challenged for a sport. i mean okay i did technically do karate for a bit when I was younger but it didn't really last that long and i didn't really get that far lmao. but other than karate very briefly, i have never played a sport in my life. i never really was the athlete type anyway, i was always much more into the arts and the academic stuff lol.

hmmm that's a tough one, but right now i'd probably have to say my Ohio State Buckeyes hoodie bc Ohio State University is my dream school and i got accepted!! so m kinda still living off that high lol

2. Comfort Food

french fries. hands down it'll always be french fries, partially because they're always gonna be my constant guaranteed Safe Food lol. although for comfort food, ice cream/cookies/chocolate comes at a very close second. oh!! and ghirardelli's peppermint bark, but that's only seasonal comfort food since it only comes out around the holidays
