I really love your art blog for your drawings and artstyle *^* I have a question though. How did you create your name? Because I have a little problem with mine .-.

HAHAHAHA this feels like in bnha where they were deciding on their hero names but it’s a….. very highschool thing. i always identified myself closely to dreams bc i have very, very vivid ones that affect my entire day and art drive afterwards.

so [kkumri] was really a mix of the word “dream drifter” (which is an imagery that rings very clearly in my head) by combining 꿈 (kkum: dream) and ドリフト (dorifuto: drift)

my art blog is dawndrawn because my favourite drawings were mostly completed at dawn, a very special time bc sometimes you indulge so much into crafting your work that time becomes nonexistent until you hear the morning birds call.

you retire with backaches and a big sigh, but it’s done and looking at the canvas gives you the biggest, satisfying chill before u go straight to bed. that’s my favourite feeling in the world.
