So far the only perfect fusion we have seen is Corazon and Law. I really want to know who else you think would make a perfect fusion in the One Piece world.
I’ve made Corabelle like a perfect fusion too! But I drew it without really asking myself questions and drew it perfect-fusion-style (but not so perfect in fact because of the hair color being a gradiant) because i ship them so much but now I try to take in mind what the characters think of each other, their personality etc vuv I try not to take the two characters given to me personally and think with canon material
As to who else would canonically have a perfect fusion... It's very hard to have a perfect fusion imo mainly because the characters have to be complementary and love each other A FUCKING LOT. To take an exemple in Steven Universe, Sapphire and Ruby complete each other perfectly because the former is calm, toughtful and wise while the latter is choleric, strong and reckless... AND THEY LOVE EACH OTHER A FUCKING LOT aaaahhhh <3
However, I think that with a lot of training, people can master their fusion and make it as perfect as they can (being it with either 2 pars of arms or either 2 pairs of eyes), if they think it is useful to them or just if they want it... but it demands a lot of work. However, they need to love each other very very very much (whether it be romantic love or platonic love that is stronger than friendly love) to have a perfect fusion.
To conclude, I don't know who could have a perfect fusion except Cora and Law, only taking canon material in. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
