Competitive - Boosts Sp. Atk sharply when a stat is lowered.
Nothing activates Cale’s competitive instinct like someone trying to bring him down a notch or weaken him. He can be incredibly conniving and will apply himself to defense through offense whenever he can.
Hidden: Inner Focus - Intense focus prevents the user from flinching.
Not always accessible to him, but when he is centered it is very difficult to get him to flinch or retreat.
Professor Cassius "Cale" Rosemallow - a professor with a veiled past, focusing on high-altitude weather conditions and plant-type pokemon. GEAR inventor, including full-body environmental exposure suits for safer and more comfortable interactions with exo/endothermic pokemon.
Born in Eterna City, Sinnoh; living in Kanto just north of Route 7 between Celadon and Saffron. Will heal injured pokemon or people, if you somehow manage to get hurt between the Celadon and Saffron Pokecenters or in the Underground Tunnel.
