Lord Calix

The son of one of Uther's closest friends and allies, got grievously wounded in battle and eventually died of those injuries (in front of his ten year old son)

To honour his sacrifice, Uther brings his friend's son to Camelot as a ward to the crown. Calix grew up alongside Arthur and Morgana, not quite a part of the royal family but always treated well and is very respected at court, and he takes a lot on his shoulders to prove himself worthy of that – and of the fact that everyone knows that when Arthur becomes king, Calix will be his right hand.

Not sure yet how/when the ship vibes come in, it probably starts with vibes between Arthur and Calix but with Calix also picking up on Arthur's feelings for Gwen

[How does Calix normally dress? What's his style?]

Calix tends to dress a little on the girly side. He likes skinny jeans and loose tops. He’s a fan of pastel colors and floral patterns.

As the person who plays his baby sister, I'm curious, what does Calix do when no one is around? Besides draw :)

Besides the standard activity of most girlfriend-less teen boys, Calix takes the rare opportunity of having an empty house to himself to sneak into his sister’s makeup drawers and practice applying eyeliner. He also will try on their jewelry and practice fixing up his hair. He likes feeling pretty.

[How does Calix like to spend his weekends?]

If one of his sisters or numerous cousins doesn’t want to spend time with him, he typically finds a quiet corner to draw in. He has mountains of sketchbooks full of people, animals, and ideas for homes and buildings. He loves to draw, and it’s one of the only ways he expresses himself.

[What's Calix's sense of humour like? Does he like irony, slapstick, wordplay? Is there anything other people find funny that he doesn't, or vice versa?]

Calix loves irony and wordplay. Puns are his favorite. He’s not huge on slapstick, but can’t help but laugh when a prank goes wrong and explodes in Fred’s face.

The one thing he doesn’t understand is teasing a person based on their appearance, personality, or orientation. Sure the person is gay, or has a lazy eye, or ridiculous nose. But how is that funny?

Calix is pronounced Kay-Licks, it’s a latin name picked by Fred. The shortened version of his name would be Cay.
