Hi!! I have a rather strange question, lol.

I am a terrible aroes and I just hate being touched (especially my neck, it is very sensitive). How would the characters react to such an MC? Would they turn away from them, stay with them, trying to support them at a "distance", or something else? ಥ⁠╭⁠╮⁠ಥ

I sometimes feel really ashamed that I don't give someone a chance, and because I hurt my loved ones who might like me, so I would really like to know their reactions! (⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)

Ansel: It isn't a problem for him but he's also prone to making mistakes. He isn't a handsy guy but he likes small gestures of affections as holding hands or even holding fingers, leaning against you and such. But he's also the type to wait for you to initiate touch. He'll hold out his hand and wait if you'd want to take it or not, open his arms if you want a hug or not. If you don't want it, he'll respectfully put his arm(s) back down.

Rosé: She will definitely struggle in that department. You may have to be a bit patient with this one cause her main love language is physical touch and that's for both giving AND receiving for both friends and relationships. Over time, she'll remember that touch isn't in the cards but will probably do an air hug here and there or tug on your clothes.

Colin: He drapes his arm over almost anyone he's casual with. It's like a thing he does on autopilot if he's beside someone and talking to them. You will see him halt midway doing so before setting his arm back down. Eventually he'll get the hang of it and stick to just talking more or ghosting his hand over you, away from any sensitive area.

Dime: This is easy for him. It's not that he hates being touched, it's more of people are afraid to touch him anyways. He's not a touchy guy either so he's not bothered at all by the fact you don't like being touched. He already just pops up beside you or speak suddenly anytime so he'd just be his normal self.

8: What are some of your OCs strengths?

colin is very intellectual. he’s really great at extrapolating from a few tiny pieces of data and piecing together the puzzle. he’s also the best actor out of any of the seven - which serves him well later on in the story...

9: What are some of your OCs weaknesses?

colin is pretty nosy. his tendency to snoop combined with his analytical inclinations often get him into situations he’d rather not be in. he sometimes knows things he wishes he didn’t know, and sometimes pushing for information can take things a little too far.

10: What is your OCs favorite outfit?

colin is very particular about his appearance, and actually loves the conolly uniform. most other people don’t love the restriction, but he loves how easy it is and how professional it looks. 

the men’s conolly uniform is: button up collared shirt (white), tie, slacks (black or brown), blazer (black or tweed; colin prefers tweed), dress shoes.

Not single Rosé:

Well, the pretty obvious answer is that she’d say she has a girlfriend and she’s monogamous so she wouldn’t do anything about your crush on her. She might be a little awkward for a short time before teasing you about the crush you had on her, once you’ve moved on.

Single Rosé:

She would 100% think you’re just messing with her until you really drill it in that you’re serious. There would be a lot of “are you serious??” In varying tones of disbelief, shock, and being flustered. Frankly she wouldn’t know what to do about that crush you have on her since it’s super cute but her brain has now stopped functioning.

Colin:

He’d be pretty calm about it. Surprised initially but he’d relax and kind of tease you a little bit just to be sure you were actually serious about what you just said. Depending on how obvious you were on your crush on him beforehand, he’d bring that up and tease you a little more about it.

How would the characters react to someone who's pretty touchy, like someone who really likes physical touch? (with consent of course), and sometimes being a bit teasing/overstimulating with their touches?

(I'm just very physically affectionate ;-;)

Ansel

This can depend. Ansel in his waking life was completely fine with any amount of physical affections even though his love language isn't physical touch. He was mostly used to people who would sling their shoulder around him if they were his height or having people link arms with him. Now he's dead, it's a bit different due to the lack of physical touching he does with someone. He relishes any physical content and it won't bother him much at all. If he's had just way too much, he can simply phase off.

Rosé

As someone who’s love language is physical touch, she’s probably the most comfortable with being touched a lot of the time. Though funny enough she could also be the first one to be tuckered out if touched for a very long time. Her introverted nature’s like that. She'll feel guilty and sheepishly say she's had enough or try to be smooth and simply just squirm away from the touch.

Dime

He may not look like he’d be annoyed or would hate it but he doesn’t mind them at all. It’s very unlikely he’s even going to say he’s had enough touching. You’re better off paying attention to his actions than his words. If he seems to be shifting a bit more than just to be comfortable, he’s probably had enough.

Colin

Colin’s pretty touchy to begin with so he wouldn’t entirely mind if he was subjected to a lot of touching. Even if he’s tuckered out, he endures it pretty long. If he’s really had enough then he’d say something. He has a similar thing with Mace where he can be a little invasive with personal space but he’s quick to remove himself if you don’t like it. He only has issues with a personal bubble if it’s a stranger around him anyways so having you being touchy isn’t a problem.

Mace

Mace has a problem and it’s called having no personal space. If they’re able to just tackle you when they see you, you have freedom to do the same. You may have to be careful around their affection cause they’re reciprocal and it hurts a bit. One hug from you is a bear hug in return from them. If they've had enough, small warning, they will and might push you.

Sage

Oddly enough, despite Sage’s extroverted nature, he’s not the most physically versed for a long period of time. This was mainly cause of having to deal with Mace growing up and he was mostly the target of their torment so he got and gets tuckered out easily after an overwhelming amount of touching. He's still be polite if he's had enough touching.

Saffron

Opposite to Sage, Saffron can handle more of the touching even with Mace growing up. This was mainly cause she did have good control of them and when she had enough she was able to tell them to stop pretty easily despite their rambunctiousness. She'd be gentle but firm if she's had enough of touching or simply just gently push you away.

How flirty are the characters? Are they the teasing type? Are they more of a silent but deadly type (teasing/flirting with you but not as obviously)? Or are they completely vanilla/soft? 0W0

Ansel: 6/10 ; mostly verbal

He can be pretty flirty but that’s when he’s either trying to woo someone or if that someone’s already in a committed relationship with him. He’s not the type to really flirt with other people and he can get pretty flustered when he’s the one being flirted to. He’s pretty vanilla and soft when he flirts and more reliant on words rather than being physical.

Rosé: 4/10 ; mostly physical

Rosé will claim she’s a flirt, but she was pretty horrendous at it when she was younger. She used those cheesy and bad pickup lines you could search up and she’s even tried the dirtier ones which resulted in very awkward results. Looking back at them, she was trying way too hard. Her natural flirting is pretty sweet, granted she’s also the type to be a little crude with her words since that’s also what she ended up learning most about.

Dime: 0/10 ; probably verbal

This man doesn’t have a flirt bone in his body, sorry. He can’t flirt and even if he did it’s probably the most questionable thing ever and someone wouldn’t even get the hint. He’s prone to accidentally flirting with someone since he may be straightforward when he talks or completely miss the point and not realize that what he said could come off as flirty unless he’s met with silence or if he notices a change in expression to the other party.

Colin: 8/10 ; mostly physical

He’s a pretty flirty guy and he does it pretty well. He’s the type to tease the person he likes and can get a bit handsy if he’s permitted to. He’s not shy to be a bit sassy since he likes a little back and forth when he teases and flirts with someone. Most of the time he enjoys flirting as a casual way to talk to someone but it increases when he develops deeper platonic relationships and gets more genuine when he has more serious feelings.

Mace: 5/10 ; mostly physical

Mace has a questionable way of flirting and it’s being straightforward most of the time. They can either do it well or do it badly but they’re quick to recover if it ended up awkward and play it off as a joke. Can be a big tease and takes a lot of joy flustering people. However, these are only reserved for people they’re actually interested and less towards people they see as friends. It’s not very obvious to tell if they like someone or not.

Saffron: 2/10 ; mostly verbal

Not really a flirt at all. Saffron didn’t have a lot of focus when it came to relationships at all so frankly she’s not a good flirt. Despite her brash attitude having to rangle her twin brother and younger sibling, Saffron’s pretty soft and awkward so her attempts at flirting would be pretty vanilla.

Sage: 10/10 ; 50/50 verbal & physical

Sage is a huge flirt. It’s part of the reason he’s so popular amongst the older people around the cafe. He was pretty flirty too when he was younger which resulted in him dating around too. He’s a charismatic guy who likes company and also likes to run his mouth while listening to his company. He can be a tease as well and he finds it especially a fun challenge to fluster dense people.
