erwick: this is a very serious situation. the world is in grave danger. the forces of evil are upon us. be wary at all times, you cannot afford to let your guard down for a single second. there is a high likelihood of death. be careful.

also erwick: my nemeses consist of a time-traveling pterodactyl, some kid with a serious superiority complex, teleporting dragons from another dimension, disembodied voices, and also myself. I’m not sure who’s responsible for this, but I’m quite certain that someone is laughing at my expense right now.

     Just gonna casually talk about stuff over here, since I haven’t done that in a long while on Erwick. SO, HERE WE GO.

     - By the point of ‘Fire in These Eyes,’ practically nothing fazes this guy okay. Whatever it is, he’s probably seen way worse. But on the flip side, this can also make him seem kind of detached if he doesn’t have a personal investment in what’s going on. That’s not to say he’ll see something horrific happening and just walk away, mind you; it just means that he won’t be very emotional about it. He could be tackling a pterodactyl in midair and he’ll just be mad it pecked a hole in his new coat. Seriously.

     - He’s pretty casual with other parallel selves too, as long as they’re not ‘real world’ versions like he is. If anything, Erwick has trouble telling all the five million Elrics apart at this point, since he’s just met so many. ‘okay, but, really; which one were you again?’ He’s not okay.

     - All of Erwick’s different verses technically coexist, just in parallel timelines; he’s actually met a few of them. The one most notable to him is SCP 656, who has basically become a sort of nemesis to him. Erwick doesn’t usually talk about him, either, feeling very, very uncomfortable that guy exists.

     - Although he has the courtesy not to do it to anybody else, he actually is aware of his own story through inter-dimensional wifi; he never watched FMA 03 all the way through, mind you, but he’s aware it exists, and knows his role in it. It’s another thing he doesn’t like talking about.

     - Take away his orange bowtie and he might hurt you.

     - Really. Don’t touch the bowtie.

     - When Erwick mentions ‘Elric’ in a roleplay, he’s talking about the one from his hecked up backstory page, also known as ‘Catastrophe Ed.’ The two basically adopted each other after the massive fallout in ‘Apocalyptic Amestris,’ though their bond has certainly been strained at times. Alternative names for that Elric include ‘pigeon,’ ‘vulgar angel,’ and ‘that dolt I share a room with,’ among other things.

     - Erwick, in contrast to the canon design of ‘real world’ Edward, wears brown instead of dark green and navy blue. This is just one of the many things which demonstrate his timeline is vastly AU from the ‘origin.’

     - Having grown up in London, Erwick does know and use some words that are exclusively British; however, it’s not as frequent due to his past. Being stuck in Elric’s head for two years scrambled him a bit, so he actually has a bit more Amestrian influence than he’d like to admit.
