3. what’s my character’s favourite sweets flavour? ( ie strawberry, chocolate, lime, orange etc. )
Geist, Janne + Eidolon like chocolate.
Jerome likes strawberry, which is weird because he liked lime before he died. He attributes this to being a small side-effect of him being resurrected affecting his tastebuds.
4. do they have dessert after dinner every night, or is it for special occasions?
None of them have dessert after dinner every night - it's saved for special occasions like spending time with loved ones or seeing friends.
15. what was my character’s favourite dessert growing up? is it still the same now, or is it something else?
Nothing beats a great slice of cake in Eidolon's opinion.
Jerome prefers strawberry shortcake out of all cakes, but any desserts involving fruits (like tarts) are good in his book.
Geist likes chocolate tarts and cakes, but he also enjoys a good brownie or two.
Janne likes chocolate bars because they're easy to grab as a quick dessert? of sorts? but he now tries getting chocolate-chip cookies.
orion, hydra [for all muses]
orion - who is a person you would love to meet?
Janne couldn’t help but grin a bit. “I haven’t exactly talked to Asterisk Bearer Einheria. She’s got the Valkyrie asterisk, which means she can leap super high and then take down the enemy by jumping on them. Honestly, I would love to learn that from her.”
Geist shrugged. “I’ve heard people compare me to a man named Qada...I’ve asked NObutsuna who he was, and he didn’t exactly want to talk about him. Makes me wonder if I shouldn’t meet him.”
Eidolon chuckled, running a hand through his hair. “Honestly? Anyone and everyone, provided they’re not out to cause harm to those I love. I like meeting new people, after all.”
It was Jerome’s turn to answer, and he tilted his head, closing his eyes, before speaking again. “I...would like to meet Denys Geneolgia. He’s the son of Griede Geneolgia, who killed me. Denys...apparently wanted to go back in time and kill his first ancestor to get rid of the corruption that House Geneolgia spread. He failed, but...it makes me wonder if I would be a normal human if all that actually happened. I don’t think I’ve heard of a more ambitious man than Denys.”
hydra - what superpower would you love to have?
Janne grinned. “Teleportation!” He then groaned. “If only so I can stop spending money on all those Teleportation Crystals, that is...”
Geist paused, before speaking his answer. “Healing magic. I know my ‘undo’ abilities can do just that, but most people complain about how painful that can possibly be compared to regular healing magic...”
Eidolon’s eyes glinted. “Necromancy. I wish I could’ve learned it, but the Orthodoxy was strictly against that for various reasons.”
“Me?” Jerome shrugged. “Honestly...uh...I don’t know. I know I’m already resistant to Light Magic despite being Undead, so...if I could wield actual Light Magic, I think that would be pretty cool.”
Jerome Balestra and appearance:
Jerome Balestra is, well, a zombie (or at least that’s how I’m writing him).
He also is the father of Janne.
Because of these two things, he’s going to definitely resemble Janne quite a lot, save for being more dead-looking. He has the same wild hair and eye colour, and like Janne, Jerome would totally have a rapier to use in battle.
His clothes are pretty plain, at least at first, though this can change depending on thread/verse situations. To be fair, he just woke up from being dead for numerous years, and Eidolon didn’t exactly bother so much with clothing for Jerome as opposed to keeping his actual body from decaying/falling apart/etc at the time.
We don’t have a canon age for Jerome, but given how he was murdered when Janne was basically an infant, I would like to think Jerome was in his early 30s at oldest when he died, maybe mid-twenties at youngest. Jerome is incapable of aging after being resurrected, due to his zombie-esque status.
One can easily tell Jerome from Janne just by seeing the skin. He’ll probably have bloodshot eyes, with bags under his eyes and very pale skin to the point of being able to see some veins underneath. This is due to his undead/zombie-like status.
Mkay Gotham has me shook
Day 100: Time
Time, of course, isn’t real. That doesn’t stop Jerome from dwelling on the time he’s lost.
Day 99: Storm
Jerome is as afraid of sandstorms as he should be. Which is to say, very. Sandstorms are highly dangerous.
