Ono prefers to have someone they can just talk to easily. If you can carry out a well thought out conversation with them, then you're doing pretty well. And if they're comfortable talking with you, then they'll trust you more as well.

Coffee breaks. Ono takes, like, three to four coffee breaks every day to calm them down. Sometimes they drink with other people, but they usually drink by themself so they can think clearly without any distractions.

Polvoron. They keep a stash of it in their room since they can only restock once or twice a year when they visit their family or when their family ships some to them.
