Hello, the child of an elemental parent and a human is always elemental or there is a chance they dont have powers? And if is always an elemental, do the nobles from elemental houses look for a human partner as not to lose their blood's legacy? (pun intended)
There's a chance they won't have any powers. In fact, an elemental won't always be born, even if one of the parents is an elemental. If both of them are, it's a greater chance. And well, hehe, it doesn't necessarily have to be a human partner, in the case of faeries, wizards, mages, witches and dwarves, it's also possible to be born elemental. But not with werewolves and other beings.
