Headcanons - hobbies and likings

Raziel has deep lover for swords, and that includes not only practicing (whitch he also loves of course). He is also a great blacksmith, and swords are his favorite thing to forge. His own sword (the one he is bonded with and uses in battles and all), Flammifer, was forged by himself. Raziel also is very fond of horses. He has many of them in his manor in Eden, but his absullute favorite is his warhorse Blizzard. This noble white stallion has been his friend and loyal companion through thousands of years. No need to say riding is one of his favorite activities. As well as, no surprise, flying. Why then would he have wings? For decoration? Raziel loves to soar the skies. Though not only that. He also likes walking and wandering around, enjoying nature. Especially in the evening when the sky is golden, or at starry night. He indeed loves stars. However, probaly the most surprising (because he has feathers and all) thing would be that he likes swimming. Another Raziel’s hobby is reading. Well, perhaps sounds unusual for an angel, but as if he cared. He likes to lay/sit down calmly and let his eyes breathe in the wisdom. He also has a soft spot for art. He sometimes even draws himself. Angels don’t need to eat or drink, though Raziel can’t help but like red wine. His favorite colors are white, golden and green, so he mostly wears them and his home is mostly of those colors as well. The second three would be grey, blue and black. Raziel has deep love for music. Though surprisingly, his favorite instrument is not a harph or a lute. It’s a piano.

Headcanons - intimacy

As mentioned in the 'personality' headcanon, Raziel doesn't mind taking lovers until he doesn't have a soulmate (note: this blog is multiship, so shipping with other muses doesn't count as cheating). Speaking about his sexual orientation, he could be counted as bi, as he likes both men and women. Raziel is a a dominant person, though it should be noted that he is a loving type and not owner-like. He would never hurt, order around, humiliate, threaten or force his partner. In fact, their pleasure is more important to him that his own, and he always seeks to do his best in that matter. There is no greater satisfaction for him in sex than to see his lover in extasy. He is also quite a romantic. Sex to him is much more than just 'sticking it'. He pays attention to the embraces, the caresses, the kissing and all other loving intimacy, especially if he is with his soulmate. Even if not and his partner is just a simple lover, the foreplay is something very important. Of course, if what both sides want is rough sex, then everything is different. However it should be noted that Raziel is a very strong and powerful creature, so if the sex is rough, he always keeps his guard to not make it too rough because it could cause his partner serious injuries or even kill them, especially if that is somebody far weaker than Raziel. About intimacy itself, it isn't even necessarily sex for the angel. If his lover is in misery, he would gladly offer his strong arms just to hold them. There is also days when Raziel himself is somehow cat-like and all he wants is lay his head on his lover's chest and let them stroke his hair and wings. Pillow talk and after-sex cuddling? One word - yes. Again especially if you are his soulmate.

Headcanons - personality

Raziel has been a warrior for eons, so it is no surprise he is a very stern and cold minded person. He remains perfectly steady even in the most stressful situations and deals with them with a stong hand. There is little that could make him shudder. His courage has become fearlessness in such a long time. Also, he is a natural leader as he is one of the highest commanders of Eden. To many, Raziel would seem intimidating, menacing and fierce. And they wouldn't be mistaken. Even if he usually speaks calmly and strictly, and his attitude is strong and regal, there is this dangerous fire in his eyes whitch that warns that if you anger the angel, it will be the last thing you do. Raziel mercilessly strikes his enemies down, and he is indeed ferocious in a battle. Though, as mentioned before, that doesn't mean he, even when furious, is a controlless cruel brute. As a leader, Raziel is very firm. He is also a very old soul, so he is very wise. Neither has he no compassion. There have been many times when Raziel had helped even the enemy. The angel also has incredibly strong sense of honor, he often acts upon it so. He is a straightforward person as well, so he nearly never lies or walks in circles. Raziel, as somebody who has lived for a very long time, is steady in the matter of love as well. He doesn't fall as if his head was missing. When he truly loves, it is a deep and genuine feeling that comes from the very depths of his soul. So when he does love, he is very loyal and caring. He would do anything for his dear ones, die or kill as well, even if that would break his sense of honor or risk the whole world turn his back on him. That wouldn't matter for him as long as it ensured the wellfare of the people he loves. However he has a bad side as as a lover/family as well. No matter how kind and gentle he is to his dear ones, he could often be overly-protective, as well as seem cold. He often just doesn't know how to express warm feelings. Though he always tries his best. It should be noted that no matter how hardly he trusts and how long it takes for him to bond with people, and that he never truly lets his walls down until souls are fully bonded, that doesn't mean Raziel doesn't feel lust. He does. And he isn't a prude. So when he does desire, he doesn't mind taking lovers as longs as the other person wants it as well. Though the sexual adventures with other people end instantly if he finds his soulmate. He would never cheat.
