has yuuto ever had to lie to someone? like, say someone very close to someone under his care asked if their loved one would be okay and he knew that they wouldnt be. sorry i just thought about it.
Yes, he will not lie to you anon. But a few times yes he did. You can probably guess the reason. His patient was dying and he lied to them that it would be all better when it wouldn’t. However soon after he caught himself… that what he was doing was wrong, that his way of thinking was wrong. Now when he says it will all be better, he means it. In truth the person he had really been lying to was himself, as way to give up, and say there was no hope left. Now he never lies to himself or to his patients.
As for a family member or lover, someone he is really close to… he would never dare lie to them. If they were going to die, he would tell them. Honesty in all things has always been one of his mottos.
He still can’t tell himself that it’s all going to be better for him though.
