CIS-MALE, HE/HIM. Hey, is that JONATHAN BAILEY? No that is just ROWAN ENGRAM around Cypress Cove. I heard they are 36 years old, and their birthday is DECEMBER 2, 1989. They rest their head on the ISLE but they can mainly be found working as a HERITAGE PRESERVATION COORDINATOR at HERITAGE HOUSE. Some say they are WARM, OBSERVANT, and STEADFAST but can be RESTLESS, SELF-DOUBTING, and JEALOUS. If they had a theme song, it would be “HOME” by EDWARD SHARPE & THE MAGNETIC ZEROS . I hear they are a LOCAL either way Cypress Cove is home and welcomes you!

BIOGRAPHY
Rowan Engram was born in Truro, Cornwall, the second of two identical sons to the Viscount of Cornwall. The difference between them was measured in minutes, but those minutes shaped the direction of their lives long before either of them understood what inheritance meant. From the beginning it was clear that Warren would one day carry the title. Rowan grew up beside that certainty rather than inside it, learning early how to build a life defined less by expectation and more by choice.
He and his brother shared the same halls, the same tutors, and the same traditions, but they moved through them differently. Where Warren learned structure, Rowan learned observation. Being identical twins gave them a kind of freedom neither of them would have had otherwise. They traded places often as children, confusing expectations and discovering that identity could be more flexible than the world assumed. It became a quiet language between them that never entirely faded.
Rowan was thirteen years old when their mother died suddenly. The loss reshaped everything about the family. Cornwall became heavy with memory, and when their father chose to move them across the Atlantic to Cypress Cove, Rowan adjusted more easily than he expected. Cypress Cove became the place where Rowan figured out who he was outside of inheritance. He grew up between two coastlines, one shaped by legacy and responsibility, the other by community and movement. He never resented the title his brother would one day carry, but sometimes he wondered what it would have been like if he had been born first.
Rather than distance himself from his family, he worked on finding where he belonged within it. While Warren built something lasting in The Gilded Gull, Rowan found himself drawn toward preservation rather than ownership. Stories, places, and people mattered to him in ways that felt immediate and personal rather than inherited. Over time, that instinct led him to work alongside Valyrian at the Cypress Cove Heritage House & Coastal Museum. What began as a way to stay connected to the history around him slowly became something larger. Rowan helped develop projects focused on preserving the coastline’s cultural memory, collecting oral histories from long-standing families, and protecting historic spaces from disappearing as the town changed. The work allowed him to bridge the life he had left in Cornwall with the one he had built in Georgia.
Even now Rowan lives in the space between two futures. One belongs to Cypress Cove. The other belongs to Cornwall. When the time comes for Warren to return permanently and step fully into the responsibilities waiting for him there, Rowan already knows he will go with him. Not because he has to, but because he has never imagined a version of the world where his brother walks into that future alone.
