5. describe the cutest date you’ve ever been onok my ex and i never really like went on “dates” necessarily like we went out together and did date stuff but we didn’t really call them dates i guess but probably our first date when we were planning on going to the nice-ish mexican restaurant in town but we both ended up having to work so it was closed by the time we were ready to go and he brought me a rose and we just went to taco john’s and then just hung out at his house afterwards and it was really nice

Offering, folk, and chimes?

offering - how do you show others you are fond of them?     typically i show them. i have a lot of love to give, so if it’s not saying outright “hey, i like/love you” it’s asking how they’re doing or being there for them when they’re not doing well.

folk - who is the most fantastical being you have known?     my gram. she was so kind and happy, even though we all knew she was suffering on the inside. after my papa died in ‘03, we were always worried about her. he was the love of her life, and she always talked about how all she wanted was to be with him again. but she stayed with us for 13 years afterwards and was always happy to be with us. she could make you laugh so hard you cried and make you feel more loved than anyone i’ve ever known. her hugs weren’t very tight, but they made you feel like you were home. she was very sick but she would always get up and dance and sing and make sure you were happy and comfortable before she was. she was my best friend.

chimes - what sounds are you favorite?     my mom’s laugh. my boyfriend saying “i love you.” the click of my dogs’ paws on the floor when i get home and they’re excited to see me. when it’s raining so hard you can hear it pounding on the windows. my friends yelling over the music and other voices at the bar on saturday nights.
