Lapis Lazuli: does your muse prefer the idea of exploring the depths of the oceans, or the boundless expanses of space more?

As he is part of a spacefaring civilization, exploring space is part of his job description. That being said, exploring a single planet’s ocean is the far more rare and tantalizing opportunity.

Baby Blossoms:  Does your muse have a favorite scent? what is it, and why?

Jorge’s favorite scent is petrichor ( the earthy smell after rain produced by the oils in the leaves of trees.) The scent reminds him of rainy summer nights spent taking shelter with his team during a storm in the Training Preserve.

Frost Blue, Burnt Umber, Tea Orange for the color asks

Frost Blue: does your muse enjoy the snow and cold? or are they the type to enjoy summer more?

Jorge is definitely a winter person. He has a high cold tolerance. Winter is his favorite season, for its beauty and its pleasant weather.

Burnt Umber: how stable is your muse, mentally and/or emotionally?

About as emotionally stable as a traumatized super-soldier whose seen a lifetime of war and is expected to exude stoicism can be.

Tea Orange: what is something that your muse is fascinated with?

Classical music fascinates him. And by classic music, I’m talking stuff from the 1980′s.

Mallow: What sorts of things might remind your muse of those close to them? any scents, objects, sounds? 

The scent of petrichor and pine needles reminds him of the Training Preserve in the Highland Mountains on Reach, the place that became his childhood home from the age of Six onward. Thus, by association, he is reminded of the rest of the Spartan-IIs, those whom he considers brothers and sisters.

He also carries a few holo-stills with him, those of every team he’s ever been a part of.

Acacia: How much does it take for your muse to hate someone?

That depends. As far as most go, it takes quite a bit of effort for someone to piss him off, much less for him to hate them. Threaten/harm those he cares about, however, and you’ve rightfully earned Jorge’s ire. He despises aliens be default; any friendly ones have their work cut out for them if they want to earn his trust. 

Cadmium Yellow: what subjects or topics does your muse avoid, because they bring up harmful / painful memories?

He scarcely talks of the time he was augmented. This time in his life was incredibly traumatic for him. He lost his first team to the experimental procedures. Worse still was the fact that he came out of sedation midway through and had to watch them die. By association, he’s not a fan of talking about said team either. He is also weary of talking about past mission failures. He seems to take them as personal failures, especially if one of his team happens to sustain injuries or die in the process.

Honey: when your muse loves someone (whether it be romantic, platonic, or familial love), how do they show it?

Thus far he has no romantic love for anyone. He holds platonic-familial love for his team, the IIs and (in some verses) the Betas he assisted Kurt with. The Betas (save for NOBLE’s) he considers like sons and daughters to him. He considers NOBLE to be his younger siblings and the IIs to be siblings close in age. He’s a fierce protector of those he cares about, but this is far from the only way he shows love

Reddish Brass, Malachite, Vermilion

Reddish Brass: How likely is your muse to step up and take the role of a leader? are they willing to take the challenge, or are they more apt to being a follower?

Jorge was a leader once. He lead his own fireteam back when he was in training. The three others that comprised Orange died to to complications with the augmentation process. Ever since then, Jorge had been assigned to one other team before Noble. He didn’t take a leadership role in both instances. If he had to lead, he would do it unquestioningly. He considers himself a protector, worthless except for what he can do for others. He would not be without silent reticence, however, as the last time he took a leadership role, the three under him paid the price.   

Malachite: has your muse ever done anything that they winded up feeling incredibly guilty for in the end?

Jorge has done a great deal of things he’s regretted. Usually the guilt comes when someone perishes. Even when he fought to protect Reach, he never forgave himself for what had happened to Orange. (And in survival AU’s he kind of...blames himself for Reach’s destruction)

Vermillion: is your muse courageous, or would they consider themselves to be more of a coward?

Jorge wouldn’t consider himself one of the other. What others see as courageous, he merely considers part of his job. That being said, Jorge is brave to the point of stupidity, often throwing himself in danger as a MJOLNIR-clad meat shield.
