sorry, this took forever to get up. I wanted to double check things and get the wording correct.

 she is a genius, has eidetic (photographic) memory, is going for a double major in science: Biology, and Chemistry. Is thinking about changing her minor to something in the medical field or psychology field. 

doesn’t remember much of her childhood, every time she tries to recall what life was like when she was 4 or 5. her head starts to hurt, it feels like her memories are being blocked. 

her mother was murdered by a crazy vampire that her father is now hunting down.  

her father is Devone Fraye, and her half-sisters are Ashton and Sam. she doesn’t know she has sisters. syria thinks her father is the only family she has. Though she might discover the truth.

she had always been trying to seek her father’s love and approval. that is the reason she is helping him, though she no longer wishes to follow him down his road of destruction.

despite being a camion, she only wants to help others. and she doesn’t even have all the abilities she should. (cloaking, teleportation, healing factor, longevity are the only ones she has...for now?)   

devone likes to make her feel guilty over things she has no control over. like her mother’s, Carter's death, her friends getting hurt. because of this she feels strongly feels like maybe she shouldn’t have been born.

she was in public school until she was about 11 or 12. then she was homeschooled because she was making friends, and it was taking time away from her aiding her father.

her relationship with Carter was great. carter wanted to help her leave her father’s side. once he noticed how horrible Syria's home life was. 

devone killed her late boyfriend carter for loving her.

losing carter makes her believe that true love isn’t in the cards for her. (this could change in the future) she is scared of love. But wants to be loved.  

also with how her father is, she tries hard not to make friends and if she does will try to either keep them at arm's length or warn them about him. though if she feels a connection with someone she won't fully ignore it. 

she is an excellent cook, though her father makes her think otherwise. 

She can’t physically fight, though she can run. 

might or might not have hooked up with Rory before Sam and Rory became a thing. this would have happened sometime after Carter's death and before Rory went after Sam.
