Well that's the same girl from the last season Halloween episode.Last year she showed up when Alison was telling the story about the twin sisters, one of them killed the other something similar like in the books and this year the writers and producers make it look like the girl was a ghost,but since this is not a supernatural show I believe that that was just an extra,something to pay tribute to the books since the twin theme is very big in the book series and the Halloween episode is supposed to be scary so they include the girl for a good Halloween twist,there is no more to that story than we already saw at least that's what i think.:)
