august is a really shitty nurse who doesnt want to be there, n lowkey jst makes ur experience there worse by constantly tampering with medication, holding you down or sedating you with a needle in the ass
(he should probably be in there with you guys but whatever, maybe he ends up crashing out one day and gets put in the padded room and from there out hes one of the patients)
lenny is a normal dude with hallucinations of being this spider like creature because of the cult he got lured into, and he struggles with things like basic hygiene, self care, and self harm because of it
lenny probably regularly goes into fits where he starts rambling about a person called 'tormenter' and how hes gonna get him
the playmate is a child (im thinking maybe 6-10) with sexual assault trauma, hide and seek would have been a gate way for his abuser to take advantage of him due to getting found, or failing trying to find his abuser three times, playmate would mimic that by beating the person playing for failing
Brocken ,, idk much about him but lets just say hes in for major depressive disorder and anxiety thats causing passive suicidal ideation
the knocker would be there cuz hes a violent asshole and kept setting his neighbours house on fire and shoplifting, but i dont take him to be the truama driven type, i think he got diagnosed with conduct disorder as a kid but it never formed into aspd cuz he does feel the normal wheel of emotions and does feel empathy / remorse for *some* thing hes done
