I've always been so focused on how the brothers sing to each other in this video (and then of course share the mic), so I never properly took in how fucking funny the rest of the visuals are

Be gone, untucked flowery shirts and putrid paisley visuals! Here the band are dressed in Droog-ish matching black leather, playing live in a monochrome fantasy land staffed by gun-toting dominatrixes, where neon signs flash the words 'pills' and 'bombs' and the band slurp on take-outs from the Korova Milk Bar.
