Welcome back, anon! :D Yay! I'm so happy to answer more of these~ I've been working on a couple of fics and filling them with my headcanons, but they're taking so long to write, lol. So I'm really enjoying getting to brainstorm these questions and I'm glad you like my thoughts on Gangle and Zooble <3 Thank you!
There are no spoilers in this headcanon, I'm basing everything off pre-finale information.
💞 How do they act when one of them is sick?
They're both annoyingly domestic about it xD They are going ultimate caregiver mode!
Zooble's breaking out the four arms for maximum efficiency, lmao. Thermometer in one hand, glass of orange juice in another, medicine in the third, and then the last arm is tucking Gangle in bed so she can't escape xDDDD I'm mostly joking, but I can't stop laughing at the idea of Zooble actually needing four arms just to take care of Gangle because she's that slippery, lol.
I think Gangle would have a lot easier of a time keeping Zooble in bed because I headcanon that they lose track of their pieces when they're sick, poor thing. Not only do they feel like crap, but all their limbs hurt and are falling out all over the place, too, until they're just a jelly bean body and triangle head :c
But going more in depth on their individual caring styles, based off the idea that they can occasionally get sick in the circus, under the cut!
Gangle will try and hide that she's sick at first. She'll be extra quiet and low energy, even with her comedy mask, so she takes care to just kind of stay in the background and fly under the radar. Zooble will usually miss these first signs because they're either hiding from Caine or too caught up in arguing with him about how they're not going on the adventure and then skipping said adventure. Since they don't go on the adventure, they don't really get much time to notice that Gangle's acting a bit off. By the time she gets back, it's more than obvious that she isn't feeling well, especially since the comedy mask is definitely broken by that point and the adventure has pushed her past the point of exhaustion. Zooble will clock it instantly.
They'll take her hand and guide her back to her room to lie down and rest. They don't lecture her about taking better care of herself (they know she knows, and they know it's hard for her to speak up for herself), but they strongly encourage her to stay in bed (with their four arms >:3) while they get her whatever she needs. She doesn't ask for much—she doesn't want to be a burden to Zooble and is mostly just a tired, immovable lump under the covers—but sometimes when she's extra feverish and achy, she'll ask for cuddles. Zooble wouldn't refuse cuddles on a good day, let alone when their girlfriend is so sad and sick and sad :c so of course they cuddle her to the best of their ability (this is also where four arms would come in handy xD j/k). They'll sit against her headboard and let her curl up against their side or on their chest while they draw for her or read aloud some of the books they find in the circus' random library to her to help her sleep. She likes their voice, it's the best medicine~ But even just them being there is enough to make her feel a little bit better <3
When Zooble's sick, they have a harder time hiding it because they're extra irritable (and also a little whiny about it). They'll try to power through it on their own, but they start to lose control of their parts if they get too sick and achy. Their body literally starts to fall apart from the pain and brain fog. So Gangle will take them to their room and get them a cool compress for their head and the rest of their body. She runs the comforting, damp cloth over their brow and all their aching joints. Her tenderness almost always puts them right to sleep, no matter how much they claim they're just closing their eyes for a minute. Just resting them. Not sleeping. But then Gangle sings very softly to them, sometimes songs they know and sometimes anime themes in Japanese where they have no clue what she's saying, but they still take a lot of comfort in all the same; just knowing she's still there with them, even while they sleep <3
And though they don't need food, Gangle will still request a comical amount of soup from Caine for every meal while Zooble's sick, determined to spoon feed them through their illness, though they insist they can feed themself and don't let her xD It's just easier for them to find where their mouth should be than let someone else try to feed them. They do let her "take their temperature" with lots of forehead kisses though, that's not something they mind so much~ Gangle won't play hooky from adventures for herself, but she'll absolutely do it to look after Zooble. Luckily Caine tends to forget about her, so it'll take a few days before he even notices she's been skipping out :P
In real life, where they definitely can get sick, I imagine they'd behave very similarly, just with more human body problems. Gangle would try to get herself ready to go to work and Zooble will have to confiscate her phone and physically sit on her while they call out on her behalf. Then they'll bundle her on the couch in her favorite hoodie and sweatpants, make her some ramen and hot tea, and then they'll cuddle up on the couch together and binge watch some of Gangle's comfort anime until she falls asleep nestled against their chest.
On the other hand, real life Zooble will absolutely call out of work and opt to stay in bed all day when they're the sick one. They won't tell Gangle though, so if she's at work, they're determined to suffer silently until she gets home. She usually figures it out though, because it's one of the few reasons Zooble would miss texting her on her breaks :c So she'll leave work early and stop by the store to pick up all their favorite snacks and extra medicine. Then after making sure they're okay, she inevitably ends up in bed with them, even though they warn her that she'll get sick if she stays too close to them, but she doesn't care. She doesn't want Zooble to go through this alone. She also gives really good scalp and neck massages, with Zooble's head almost always ending up in her lap at some point while they doze off and on throughout the day.
Ultimately, they're both just so determined and focused on making each other comfortable, wanting to give the other space to rest and not have to think about anything else. They're also both extremely stubborn in getting their way as caregivers xD Zooble can usually get Gangle to give in with just a look, while Gangle occasionally whips out her "no-nonsense manager voice" to get Zooble to listen to her when they're being a particularly difficult patient.
Headcanons for Ragatha x Pomni and Zooble x Gangle?
Ragatha x Pomni:
-Ragatha, mainly at first could be pretty oblivious, partially due to whenever Pomni attempted to flirt with her she did it very badly
-Idk how to explain this but Pomni would like, accidentally phrase stuff to Ragatha in a way that sounded like flirting/something romantic, as well as accidentally letting her feelings slip
-Pomni's pupils dialate when she see's Ragatha
-Pomni keeps embarassing herself in front of Ragatha
-why are most of these Pomni related (it will keep happening), SHE ISN'T ALWAYS BAD AT FLIRTING sometimes she's particularly mesmerized by Ragatha and says like "you're so beautiful" or something, and Ragatha gets very flustered, of course then Pomni quickly realizes and covers her face/runs away to scream after realizing what she said
-I barely need to say this, since it's pretty much every ragapom art but Ragatha is very much better at flirting and likes to make Pomni flustered
-Gangle draws and writes ragapom art and fanfic
-Pomni and Gangle talk about their crushes together, which leads us to
Zooble x Gangle:
-LOVE LIKE YOU FROM STEVEN UNIVERSE, THAT'S THEM
-Zooble struggles to express and sometimes feel emotions
-they both lack confidence about their looks, and often assume the other has a crush on like Ragatha or any of the more human resembling characters and would never return feelings for them
-Zooble "I've only had Gangle for one day but if anything happens to her I will kill everyone in this room and then myself."
-Zooble is very protective of Gangle, will yell and perhaps strangle anyone who hurts Gangle *cough* Jax *cough* (or Pomni by accident, however Zooble really just glares at her and that's enough to terrify her)
-Gangle teaches Zooble to draw
-Gangle definitely gets flustered by Zooble HOWEVER
-Zooble gets even more flustered when it comes to doing romantic stuff
-Gangle would definitely tease Zooble a lot more
-Their relationship is quite suselle esque
-Pomni and Ragatha get into a relationship before them and try to help get them together (mainly preventing Jax to go up to them sgshjruaywhqn2jqhaujs)

Sorry for the wait! I wanted to give both of these a good amount of thought and between work and being tired, it took a minute to finally write them down xD But thank you so much for wanting to know more!
These headcanons are also pre-episode 9 (I just saw it tonight, but I wrote these answers down before I went to the theatre. I'm also not going to talk about it at all until after June 19th).
💕 How did they both realize “oh wait, this is actually love”?
I think Gangle realized she had a crush on Zooble before the series started, but was absolutely too shy and self-conscious to ever act on it, and much too self-deprecating to even believe they'd like her back. And I think Zooble realized they had a crush on Gangle around episode 5. I think after they spent all that time with her on the adventure, feelings started to blossom, and they were fully crushing by episode 6. However, the actually "in love" piece came a bit after that for them both.
Without any knowledge of where things will leave off after episode 9, I think Gangle realized she was actually, fully in love with Zooble before the end of episode 7. Maybe while Pomni was off talking to Abel, Gangle and Zooble had a moment in the water together after running around on the beach. They're still playing around, lightly splashing at each other for fun. Getting really into it, Gangle dashes away to dodge Zooble's next splash, only to slip into slightly deeper water and get completely submerged. She pops back up, her sun hat floppy now and completely soaked, hanging over her face. She makes a little "pleh" sound and tries to blow it out of her eyes and it just plaps against her face again. And Zooble just lets out the biggest guffaw Gangle has ever heard from them. They have to hold their sides they're laughing so hard. They apologize through their laughter as they go to help her up, but they sound so genuinely happy and Gangle has never heard them laugh so freely. It's beautiful. She's stunned into staring at them as the sun glints off the droplets of water clinging to their plastic. They ask if she needs help and she vaguely nods but doesn't move otherwise, so they scoop her up bridal style and carry her back to the beach. And she just knows she loves them. She'll do anything to protect their unbridled joy and to stay in their arms forever~
I just want her to have realized it before the start of episode 8, where she completely does a 180 on her previous belief that "it's cool to have dreams, but they're completely unrealistic and you need to stop trying" and choosing to give them something. Some small difference that they managed to make in the world. She chose to give them that instead of feeding them the same mindset she'd endured for so long. If she could spare them from that hopelessness, even just a little, she would do that for them. Because she loves them.
And I think Zooble realized they loved Gangle somewhere between episodes 6 and 7. Their big ol eyes when Gangle holds their head at the beginning of 7 is so dumb and so cute, they are in love and unabashedly gazing at her with so much adoration and trust. Maybe the realization hits them when they're watching her with the tommy gun. They're so incredibly hyped for her, they believe in her and trust her and are so enamored by her happiness and how she just goes for it. I also like to think they let her put cat ears on them in the loser room, too, because by that point they've realized, "oh shit, it's too late. I love her. I'll do anything for her. I'm fucked."
Could also be part of why they got sauced up xD They needed to cope with this realization and there's no way they were going to try to do that while Caine was yapping away for hours at a fake award show they didn't even want to be at.
I don't know if either of them have confessed to loving each other by episode 8, but I think they both have an understanding that they are at least attracted to each other. They both feel the spark and they're testing the waters. "Dating" as best as they can while in the circus, lol.

🧩 What tiny habit of the other do they find unbearably adorable?
Zooble thinks it's adorable how clingy Gangle gets in her sleep. She sleeps best while completely wrapped around something, which is why she needed a body pillow for her bedroom in the circus. Even if she falls asleep on her back, she'll inevitably roll over and latch onto the closest, full body cuddle buddy on her bed. The first couple of times they had sleepovers, it was in Gangle's room, so she'd just wait until Zooble fell asleep before pulling out her body pillow so she wouldn't have to worry about accidentally bothering them in their sleep (or getting teased or turning them off her entirely).
Though she wasn't as sneaky as she thought because Zooble's quietly woken up and caught her snuggling with it more than a few times. But they thought it was stupidly adorable how comfortable and happy she looked with it. So they were a little prepared for when they both accidentally fell asleep in Zooble's bed one night and they later woke up to Gangle hugging them in her sleep, ribbons wrapped tightly around them. When Gangle woke up, she apologized and was mortified, but Zooble assured her that they didn't mind. They were just sorry they weren't more comfortable for her, but Gangle shot that down immediately and claimed she'd never slept better. So they started sleeping cuddled together more often. Zooble's a little embarrassed by how much they like being held by her, but overall they think it's the cutest thing how instinctive her urge to cuddle is. And that she thinks cuddling with them is just as comfortable as her body pillow, even if they're made of plastic.
As for Zooble's habit, they claim they don't sing, but Gangle has caught them humming to themself without realizing on multiple occasions. Gangle never points it out because she's afraid Zooble will stop or become more conscious of it, so she just keeps it as her private, personal little piece of Zooble that she adores. She'll silently try to guess the songs they hum. Sometimes it's something she recognizes and sometimes it's a completely aimless, made up tune. Another more intentional habit Zooble has is that they make a little sound whenever they "kiss" her. Since they don't have a mouth to even pretend with like Gangle does, they make a specific kiss sound so Gangle has no doubts that they're actively "kissing" her. It sounds kind of like their hum, versatile enough that it can be playful and silly when they're kissing all over her face to cheer her up or intimate and grounding when they're holding onto each other in the dark. Gangle is absolutely delighted by it every time; it never fails to get her blushing and squirming from cuteness overload.

Quick disclaimer: these are pre-episode 9 headcanons! I know nothing of how it all ends and I don't want to know anything until I've seen it. This is a safe space.
👀 Who gets jealous more easily & how obvious are they about it?
While in the circus, I don't think either of them get all that jealous since there's only so many of them there, lol. They're not exactly spoiled for choice with who they can choose to spend their time with and it's in their best interest to be able to get along with everyone as best as they can. So I think if Zooble and Pomni had chill, one-on-one hang outs and Ragatha and Gangle had little luncheon girl-talk dates, they'd both be super supportive and wouldn't necessarily feel jealous of the other finding someone else to bond and connect with.
Though, of the two of them, I can see Gangle maybe being the one to feel more insecure if Zooble started spending a bunch more time with someone else than if Gangle did, since Zooble spends most of their time on their own and skipping adventures if they're not with her. A shift like that for them that would be noticeable and she'd definitely overthink it. So, in the circus, it's probably Gangle that is the most at risk of feeling jealous.
But I'm also low-key picturing Zooble getting jealous of Bazooble in a situation where the evil clones come back and they're actively trying to flirt with their girl because they accidentally mistook her for their Evil Gangle. But mostly Zooble's just pissed. How dare anyone only flirt with Gangle because they think she's someone else? Zooble will kick their ass xD
Outside of the circus, if they were their human selves out and about in the real world, I feel more confident saying that Gangle gets jealous more easily, but Zooble is the one who's more obvious about it. More on their human lives under the cut, if you're interested!
Gangle will get quiet and retreat into herself. She won't say anything in the moment or while someone's actively chatting up Zooble. Zooble's usually pretty good about shutting things like that down quickly regardless, but sometimes Gangle will get stuck in her own head and she'll just quietly spiral until it's only the two of them again, alone in their apartment, and then she'll climb onto their lap and won't leave for hours. She also probably draws a lot of vent art and either posts it to a private account or burns it. Like an effigy, lol. Though she has accidentally set off the fire alarm in their apartment before, whoops. She now reserves the ritualistic burnings for when she's outside, like at a bonfire or in the the McDonald's parking lot after closing.
Zooble doesn't get jealous nearly as often. They're proud they have such a hot girlfriend and think it's adorable (and a crime) that she genuinely has no clue how hot she is (don't tell Zooble they are biased, they will make you regret it). They're usually pretty chill. They sometimes think it's funny and will tease Gangle about it a little when people flirt with her because she tends to be pretty oblivious to subtle hints. They'll also sometimes pretend or play up a possessive reaction for her because Gangle's kind of into it and they think that's cute, but when someone seriously crosses a line or if they're feeling fragile or insecure themself, they are instantly at Gangle's side and in the person's face all like, "Hey, babes, are they bothering you? Well, we gotta head out now anyway, sweetheart, remember? We had that thing after this, right? Yeah, that thing. So let's get going- Hey. I said fuck off asshole, she's with me."
And then they pin her to the nearest wall as soon as they're alone and desperately make out with her until they calm down. Which, again, Gangle is kind of into, except she doesn't want Zooble to actually be upset about it. So she'll do her best to soothe them and holds them, letting them get whatever's bothering them off their chest with some soft cuddles afterwards.
