Can I join if I have GERD (colloquially known as acid reflux)?

Oh my gosh I have nasty reflux thanks to all my MS drugs and I swear to God it is one of the worst things I've ever experienced. I keep a stash of Omeprazole in my bedside cabinet. It's about the only thing that helps when it's bad. It's not technically a Spoonie illness. But I'mma add an "honourary" section, for people who want to learn more about being a Spoonie or others who would like support. You're gonna be the first person other than me on the list!--Welshie

ye, my orthodontist was pretty nice and he always asked me what colors i wanted for my braces, and i had to have those rubber bands that were connected to my top set and bottom set since my jaw was to the side and he gave me rainbow bands 

i got my retainer when i was around 12? i dont have to wear it at school, thankfully, but i go weeks without wearing it at night and sometimes the bottom or top of my mouth swells and then its so painful to wear
