Shuichi had been doing his best to take care of Teddy today, since the poor boy was feeling very sick. He had initially laid him down, so that he could get some rest. So when he saw Teddy walking about, he was surprised and walked up to him in worry, hence why he said that.

Seeing Teddy raise his arms up- “Teddy...” Shuichi couldn’t have the heart to tell him to just go back into the bedroom alone.. and so, he leans in to pick him up. “I’ve got you... Do you not... feel comfortable being in the room alone? I don’t mind staying in there with you, but... you really should try getting some rest, Teddy. It isn’t good to push yourself too much.”
