Yes!!!! I've been meaning to talk more about the AU! Mainly with like, the sort of powers that each snake has. Since each of them has a sort of “gift” they have with their guardian status. Each gift relies on what they have gone through to receive that gift.

Like how Bubby can use fire powers from past experience with fire and how he used that fire to both aid him, the jungle, and someone he loves, even if it resulted in burning down a portion of the jungle.

Or like how Benrey can use a mutated form of hypnosis to hypnotize huge groups of humans so that he could get an advantage over them at a time that threatened his and Tommy’s life.

The only acceptions to this “prove yourself” rule are Tommy and Coomer.

Coomer’s super strength/punch gift being both stripped away from him from Black Messa and mutated into metallic arms.

And Tommy’s power, to talk and communicate with feral beings and get them to help, being gifted to him by his adoptive G-Snake dad, making him kinda mad that he didn’t get to prove himself worthy of the gift like his adopted brother Benrey did.

So each of their gifts is awakened after they sort of prove themselves as worthy of the gift of being a guardian. With a few exceptions to the rule. Also yes I'm being vague here, don’t wanna give too much away aaa... Unless yall ask about em.
