a tip for those AC players that want to get rich: Once you get the option to go to the island, go at 5 pm and catch beetles because they go for A LOT of bells. More specifically:
(6,000 bells) Goliath Beetles - red, white, and black, huge
(8000 bells) Cyclommatus Stag - huge pinchers, hang out on palm trees
(8000) Horned Atlas - black, shiny, three spikes
(8000) Horned Elephant - tan colored, wie, one horn
(10000) Rainbow Stag - lies, it's not really rainbow. More like tan and green, hangs out on reg trees
(10000) Giant Stag - obviously giant, you'll know it when you seen it trust me. kid of gives off a blue glow. reg trees. go super slow, they scare easy which is ironic because seriously it's fucking huge and scary.
(12000) Golden Stag - obv golden, hangs out on palm trees, really hard to sneak up on, like seriously go as slow as possible
(12000) Horned Hercules - brown head, tan body, one horn. palm trees, hard to sneak up on.
Miyama Stag - you could literally run up to them and they wouldn't notice. they're worthless
Horned Dynistad - again, just so common no one cares about them
fruit beetle - really fucking annoying. the only time I recommend catching these fuckers is if you're trying to get a scarab beetle, which is really rare.
emperor butterfly - I get it, they're pretty af but they only go for 2500 so seriously, what's it gonna be
Fill your basket with your beetles and sell them as Re-Tail before you go to sleep. I usually get about 100,000 bells + thanks to the unlimited amount of beetles on the island.
