In Ac Mirage we have an armor called Milad’s Armor. Wiki says he was an Isu. As an Iranian, the only “Milad” I know is the Milad Tower in Tehran. (video is mine)
Do you see the resemblance? 😍
As a fan, I’m thrilled. As an Iranian, I feel flattered. And as an architect, I’m FASCINATED by this armor design!
What if one of the new mirage dlc stories is actually about Milad and Basim? 👀
More photos and details are waiting. SO, READ ON!!!
This last picture, which I took at night from inside the car, is one of my favorites:
All these photos of Milad Tower were taken by me. But if you look closely, you’ll notice that the armor makes references to this tower everywhere. See the similarity in the lighting and colors too:
Beautiful, isn’t it? 😍
The tower itself has an elevator and stairs up to the fourth floor, which includes the lobby, hand craft gallery, art and carpet gallery and food court. From there, the only way to reach the very top is through a long, fully glass, high-speed (7 m/s) elevator. (which I didn’t take because of my fear of heights) But up there, you’ll find closed and open observation platform, museum, cafe, revolving restaurant, vip restaurant, sky dome and many other entertainments. And at the very top, there’s a telecommunication antenna.
The word “Milad” means birth, birthday. (which really fits the Isu vibes 👀)
Fun fact: Milad Tower is the second landmark of Tehran, right after Azadi Tower.
It’s the only octagonal-section tower in the world, designed with fully Iranian architecture and its construction took 11 years.
This tower is the tallest telecommunication tower in Iran and the sixth tallest in the world.
The architect of the building is Mohammad Reza Hafezi.
Also, the complex around the tower includes lots of entertainment facilities, as well as international conference halls and more.
Interestingly, when Basim wears this armor, his voice sounds like a robot’s.
The tower is truly a blend of tradition and modernity. 🤍 Just like Basim. ✨
