trying to make slides for a guest lecture I'm giving tomorrow

Me - has a shit ton of stuff to get done today on a deadline for tomorrow. Still starts day by opening tablet to browse tumblr and reddit instead of going into academia mode cause I am second guessing everything and have 2 very different assignments to do.

ADHD has been a mess recently with d vitamin deficiency and increased anxiety as a result of lack of energy and a relapse of depression in the first parts of the year that Im just starting to crawl out of now but deadlines be hitting hard and dragging me back down it seems.
