talk about an au or story you came up with

i’ve had a ton move through my mind and the ones i’m currently nursing i’m going to keep under lock & key. in my sophomore year of high school i was in a really dark place and came up with a terrible /gorey/disturbing story that i won’t go into detail abt but i wrote a novella-length thing on it, and looking back on it is a real trip. this is a non-answer, sorry!

do you like makeup?

i think makeup, when done well, can be a work of art, but i guess i’d call myself anti-makeup in general when it comes to its relationship to womxn, beauty standards, and patriarchal/racist/classist/ableist ideas of purity and presentability? that being said, one of my “guilty pleasures” is watching get ready with me / makeup (anti-)haul videos on youtube. i contain multitudes etc etc

do you prefer space or the ocean?

the ocean is scary as all shit, but then again, so are some planets. i want to know the Secrets of both and they both fill me with wonder and longing and existential dread. i’d have to give a slight edge to outer space, but it’s a reaaaaal close one
