omg I'm so peeved.
I called the DCF, as the letter I received told me to. I went through their automated voice system to be connected to an actual agent.
"Your estimated wait time is approximately 30 minutes."
So I put the phone on speaker, set it to the side, and started working on completing job applications, reading fanfiction, reading manga, etc. Anything without noise.
1 Hour Later the lady that's been chattering in my ear the entire time about the services they offer goes "Goodbye" and it hangs up on me!
I called back, went through the automated voice system again.
"Your estimated wait time is approximately 40 minutes."
omgomgomg I hate your voice. Stop talking unless I'm connected or there's a problem. I hate you.
