I can remember a time not too long ago where not only could I not do more than a couple of push ups but if I missed a day of eating right or exercise I would not hold myself accountable but rather run away from the struggle. Yesterday I missed day #10 of 22 pushups for 22 days to bring awareness to PTSD not being a covered condition under WCB in this province. 22 servicemen/women a day take their lives after suffering in silence. So I could have walked away from this challenge and considered it failing but I didn't - this cause is too important to me. This morning after a sweat session with Sue Killin at @vicbootcamp the awesome Marley recorded me doing 44 pushups for yesterday and today. Then I watched it....never realized my pants were see-through LOL At this point I could have chosen to quit...but I didn't. @brodstir_15 just recorded me doing another 44 pushups and although I struggled at the end it is nothing compared to the struggle those living with PTSD go through. #forthe22 I will continue, fight, challenge myself no matter what the outcome. From 300lbs and 2 pushups to a bootcamp and 88...#accountabilitywins
