It’s Sunday and it’s POURING rain outside and I’m motivated to run. So instead of risking my mother’s voice to remind me that I will catch a cold if I spend too much time in a chilly rain, I’m pushing play with Beachbody OnDemand. It’s a streaming service like Netflix, Hulu, etc. The best part is you can chose from over THOUSANDS of workouts! No matter your mood, interest, or fitness level, there is a program for everyone! I began a hybrid program last week of PiYo and P90X3 and it’s AMAZING!! It’s low impact and strength building. Perfect for me as I need the extra stretch and strength! How do I get up and do this on the regular? My accountability groups keep me disciplined and focused. My team of coaches from around the country share ideas, struggles, successes, and motivations. I’ve been using healthier habits and tools to bring a healthier lifestyle to my family for almost two years now. I’m still motivated and I’m still working on my goals.
