"Your struggle will define the Person you become in life. Now, you can let your struggle bring you down - which is what most people do. But there's another way. You can let your struggle motivate your life's purpose."
Sup FitFam!
Did a nice medium distance run. The first 2.2mi, my shins were killing me! Did a leg workout last night, so I really didn't realize how sore I was until I started running.
Ended on a sprint, which is always my personal preference. Sprinting to a finish line is a habit that I follow and I do think it's caused me to have improved finishes on races and runs.
My KetoFam!
Excuse the sweaty post-run hair. It has a mind of its own! Tomorrow is a full fasting day. Going to stick to coffee and a bunch of water. Goal is to get another good workout in tomorrow evening.
Luckily, I've done enough fasts to know that sometimes you need to listen to your body. Might go lighter on the workout and do a lot of stretching and core work.
Side Note for AllFam!
I hope your days are fast, your moments are slow, and your memories are clear. Drink water. Ensure your nutrients are balanced. Remember your goals and your dreams. Sleep sweet but wake fully.
Love yourself, love who you want to become, and love who you were.
Your heart and soul are beautiful. It's always okay to enjoy the journey. And time has a funny way of finding the tortoise and the hare.
