i think they'd talk about most things, but...

heinz would probably want to ask perry about his asexuality (bc long story medium, i headcanon perry as ace, but not sex-repulsed, like he's not sexually attracted to people but chill with having sex if it makes his partner happy, and at this point in his transition he's not horny all the goddamn time (T is an adventure y'all) so sex just...isn't high on his priority list, that kind of asexual) but he wouldn't want to bring it up, because why look a gift horse in the mouth? why jinx it? it might make perry realize that he doesn't actually want to be with him. so he won't ask, but the curiosity will eat at him.

perry, meanwhile, is wondering if he's enough for heinz. he's gone a lot, and he doesn't usually remember that sex is a thing allo people need in a relationship. it's fun and feels good, but it's not at the top of his mind, so he's wondering if heinz feels deprived in their relationship. of course, he's not going to bring it up, because what if heinz realizes that they're incompatible and they break up? if he just says nothing, they'll be fine. right? he'll just stay worried about it.

(they do eventually talk about it, sometime after they get engaged. it turns out to not be that big a deal, once the air has been cleared. sure, there's still some insecurity about it, both of them have had their fair share of issues in the past with two-faced dates, but they try to talk about it more often. the regular date nights they establish, complete with post-date fun, don't hurt either.)
