I just read a sexuality label definition that was itself defined in terms of three other sexuality labels that I also had to look up, and I felt the joy of learning another new language.
I really hope one day to see all these compiled in a proper dictionary, with pronunciation and etymology alongside their definitions, because the evolution of language delights and fascinates me, especially when it applies to people I care about.
Does anyone know the origins of "orbisian"? It apparently means the same as "trixic" ("non-binary and attracted to women or female-aligned people") and I'd love to know the origins of both. I can only find their definitions, but not how they were coined.
As someone who's had to coin two of their own labels, I'm in love with this whole evolving culture of self-defining. Language needs this.
