yes, and i mean....in the long run it would be good if i don’t have adhd. but this whole process of getting actual help/treatment so i can start living my life has been so incredibly long. like, my life is on pause since two years. so i was a little disappointed that i didn’t get a clear answer what’s wrong with me and could start treatment now. now it’s another two weeks...to the next step. like, me who always wants to be as productive as possible, is so fucking frustrated that this many month long process bcs the appointments are so far apart couldn’t be condensed into like three weeks....
