it does sound a little over-exaggerated to make it seem as though full scale invasion is certain. i dont think you meant that, but that's the connotation (that i at least got) when reading that post. according to my family living in western ukraine, the prospect of actual war sounds unlikely to many of the citizens but then again thats just the opinion of my family

Ahh~ I'm not sure, I say nothing for certain. However, I do know that there are Ukrainians who think that Russia has basically already declared war by mobilizing more troops in Crimea, and other such things. 

And I don't mean full scale, but Putin has said that he will intervene with the rebels in the parts of Ukraine where Russian is the majority nationality I think, or maybe he said where the Russian language is spoken. Eh, basically, he said that it's not entirely limited to Crimea, yes?
