As a seasoned tennis coach, tennis director and umpire, I'm very concerned about the lack of preparedness when it comes to member injury. Today I found out the hardest way possible, that not everyone in the tennis club world is prepared for the inevitable. That said, I'm very grateful to the clinician that helped me by covering me with an umbrella and the kind follow up call this evening. Here's a great article about the perils of the Achilles and what to do about it. You may want to Google the mythological character.
