Started playing AC New Leaf for the first time in years. My favorite villager, Walker, was there on my first try. My first catch was a firefly, also my favorite. And there was a big crescent moon in the sky, for my town's namesake of my favorite phase. It was beautiful. ❤️🌙

ACNH was nice, but playing NL reminded me of just how enjoyable and slow-paced it was. NH added a lot of little details (I do miss Blathers stating fossil facts and stuff like that) but I miss SO much of what they got rid of. Also the soundtrack is so much better.

Fishing and collecting shells at night was so calming, I forgot how nice it was. It's good to be home. 🌠

Yesterday was Walker’s Birthday! He’s my favorite villager—he never ceases to amuse me and bring a smile to my face. I wish you could make actual holiday ordinances as mayor, but this will have to do: it’s now a town holiday in Verastra, wuh

You gonna share some of those pies? Because I’ve never seen a pie in this game, and I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on a pie. And, uh, then a pie into my mouth, I guess. I don’t just want to touch a pie and leave it at that. I would be pretty disappointed if I visited a store that only let me put my hands on a freshly-baked pie and then I had to leave.

Do lazy villagers say this about all types of fruit? Do they talk about orange pies? Pear pies?

I really want to know! Pear pies aren’t something I hear about very often. Or... ever. I’ve never seen a pear pie.
