tumblr wouldn't let me upload in a reblog so here's how you do the lying down straight on the ground glitch:
grab one of the beds, i assume the ones with canopies are the ones that glitch for this--i use the fishing tourney crystal beds but my friend mentioned the grandiose bed working...?
place it in the cabin, the only place this glitch works at the moment
go into camera mode
use the rotation mode until you're looking pretty parallel to the character lying on the bed
switch to zooming in until you clip through the bed canopy if you aren't already
your character should now appear to be lying on the ground!
it's a lil finicky and sometimes it works at slightly different angles or zoomifications; its just a lot of fiddling around tbh. you'll notice in the vid a the bed'll suddenly reappear even tho i never change the angle
