You realize that the implication is that Cyrus is grinding tiny gyroids into a puddle, right? And also a bush? And also a cobblestone-like floor?

The other possibility is that he is taking the gyroids simply as part of the payment, and is making them out of other things? Like, you know, water? And rocks? And plants? That he just sort of already has?

I don’t get it. I hate this. I hate that I think about this.

It seems like, during the final couple of days of these gyroidite events, they start appearing WAY more. I visited this place a few times during the event and found nothing, but, two days before it ended, I found like six. Pretty big difference! Like... from zero to six!

I hate this event so much. Not only do I not really like the items from it, I’m constantly surrounded by these little things I’m supposed to tediously walk around picking up one by one.

Look, I get that it’s more interactive than just being given them by animals when I complete requests, and you can even grind for them by waiting a few minutes and just hopping from map to map, but man, picking up “gyroidite nuggets” (NUGGETS) is the worst.
