Obtain a new jacket.
Go out and get yourself a jacket. Even if it’s the middle of summer and way too hot to wear it. Get something that really screams at you. Something that at another time you might think you can’t pull it off. Guess what buddy... Of course you can! You go get that jacket.You carry it around. You wear it with your head held high, into a coffee shop. Sit down triumphantly in your newly acquired jacket and with the bursting confidence radiating from within you, write. Write in your new jacket. Write about it. Write next to it. Get excited. You are a writer. You can wear whatever you want. If someone compliments you on you jacket thank them sincerely. If someone says something negative, or gives you the stink-eye... Simply tell them you are a writer. Pop the collar of your magnificent jacket and keep on writing. You are amazing.
